Packer Leather’s
Motorcycle Finished
(MCF) kangaroo
product is a hi-tech
leather which can
be finished with
effect coatings to
provide any colour
or appearance,
including pearls,
metallics, chromes,
iridescents and other customized designs. The finish is extremely
hydrolytically stable and colourfast providing optimum performance
characteristics in all weather conditions.
Beneath this, the leather possesses extreme strength characteristics as are
naturally found in the kangaroo fibre structure, high abrasion resistance,
extended water resistance with superb dry soft qualities, perspiration
resistance to resist the detanning effects of sweat and superb colour fastness
properties to resist colour migration from either water or sweat.
The leather is very soft making the glove extremely comfortable to wear,
whilst ensuring the rider has optimum safety in the event of an accident.
Whilst this leather has been designed with motorcycling in mind, it has also
been successfully utilized in other gloving designs and products, including
skiing, snowboarding, and other xtreme sports.
Other Packer Leather technologies such as DurateK, MicrobloK, Kool, Konstant and others can all be added to this product for additional technical benefits.
